SwiftAppStudio provides software development, design, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate signed proposal or contract, which governs in the event of any conflict with these terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon final payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary components developed by SwiftAppStudio remain our property and are licensed for the client's use.
4. Payments
Project payments follow the schedule outlined in the applicable proposal or contract, typically milestone-based. Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees as specified in the contract.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project on schedule. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect project timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftAppStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the signed contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
